Each course entails various practices to help with the topic at hand. Each course starts with the basis in Level 1 and increases to more advanced skills in Level 2.

Working sessions
Throughout the course, you’ll will have the opportunity to book one live 30 minute session with myself to answer any questions and increase comprehension of the material covered.
Lifetime Access
After a course is completed, you will be able to retain access and revisit the course as needed.
