What to expect...

Individual therapy requires a depth of vulnerability, accountability, and willingness to participate in the story of your life, no matter what season of life you are currently in. My approach is integrative and eclectic, pulling from various interpersonal, relational and psychodynamic psychotherapies. My practice draws from Emotion-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Self-Compassion Focused Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, Trauma and Attachment Based Therapies.

  • mobilize from a place of self-worth, self-love, self-trust towards goals, dreams and aspirations

  • learn how to be honest and accountable instead of living with the guilt of blame and shame

  • create meaning and purpose in life through engaging in breathwork and mindfulness practices
